Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how aclasspurchase.com ("we", "us", "this site") handles information when you visit our website. We publish product reviews and buyer's guides; we do not sell products, process payments or ship orders ourselves.
Information we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. Depending on how you use the site, the following may be collected:
- Information you give us voluntarily. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply to you.
- Technical information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server log data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you viewed, referring URL and the date and time of your visit.
- Analytics data. We may use privacy-respecting analytics and search engine tools (for example Bing Webmaster Tools) to understand aggregate traffic patterns - how many people visit, which pages they read and which search terms brought them here. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
We do not ask for, collect or store payment card details, government identification numbers or health records on this site.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. This site is built as static pages and does not set advertising cookies of its own. Cookies may still be set by third-party services we use for analytics, or by the external websites you visit after clicking a link from here. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the pages on this site will continue to work normally without them.
Links to third-party websites
Our reviews link to the official websites of the products we write about. Once you follow one of those links you are on a website we do not own or control, governed by that company's own privacy policy and terms. Any information you provide there - including order and payment details - is handled by that company, not by us. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site before submitting personal information.
How we use information
- To operate, secure and maintain the website
- To understand which content is useful and improve it
- To respond to messages you send us
- To detect and prevent abuse, spam and technical faults
- To comply with applicable law
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Data retention
Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period in the ordinary course of operating the service. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain processing. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR; residents of California have comparable rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond within the time frame required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. While we take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we handle, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
